Crema Si in Edermuende

Since we heard about the Caffè Bar Crema Si on the radio (FFH), we wanted to try it out and were there for the first time. The owner said on the radio that due to the current situation you can still order and collect food from them. * She also said that her pizza was the best pizza in the region !!! * And that the panini fritti (fried pizza rolls in garlic marinade) are awesome !!! The panini fritti were really tasty and of course garlic-heavy: D what makes this dish so special. The pizza was delicious too. It had a thin base, well-baked and slightly crispy. But it is not the best pizza in the whole region, because for that the pizza has to stand out from others in the region ... because I know that there are other pizzeria bakers in the region who prepare their pizza as follows ... for example : Pizza brought into shape by hand and baked in a real stone oven with wood and not like many others in an iron form in the "metal pizza oven with side plates" ... where the stone plates do nothing because the pizza is baked in an iron pan. Of course, other factors also play a role ... dough, sauce, price and of course the cheese. Where the taste is of course different for most of them. The price for the pizza size and for the number of panini fritti (per serving) is a bit high, I think. Nevertheless, it tasted good and was delicious.

The cakes and pies are sensational! Also to pick up. When I go to visit and have something to bring for coffee, even the detour is justified

The food at Crema Si is delicious. Whether tomato soup, panini fritti, pizza, pasta, meat dishes or cakes and waffles, we are very satisfied every time. I especially like that many extra requests are taken as a matter of course, even with the portion size. We always like to come back to Crema Si

Opening times do not match here, The restaurant is very clean, friendly staff, fast service, good price-performance ratio, pizza was very, very tasty and will be happy to convince me again Btw. The QR code on the table for the menu was not clear to me and I couldn't even find half of the menu there .. which could also be due to the poor mobile network there.

The pizzeria offers something for everyone even gluten-free dishes are available. The service was particularly courteous and extremely friendly. The dining room also invites you to linger a while. All in all, this restoration is highly recommended.
